Gay San Francisco - Mission District
The best way I could explain my experience in this district is Hispanic. While the entire area is not Hispanic exclusively, it's pretty darn near it. This area runs just east, and slightly south of the Castro area. Not to say all the clubs are frequented by Hispanic persons, however. There is still quite a mix here!
