Derek Hancock and Stacy Vigil were married at dusk at Le Cliff, just south of Puerto Vallarta, a gorgeous setting for a perfect wedding. With about 24 persons attending, a cool summer breeze swept across the wedding party as Derek and Stacy exchanged vows.
